RETURNS FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE 

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with tags still  attached. CCOO reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if any of these  conditions are not met. 

You may return your purchase within 30 Days of the received date for a full refund of  the merchandise value, Items returned after 30 days are at the discretion of the CCOO. Items will not be accepted for return after 90 days of delivered date under any  circumstance. 

If you would like to RETURN your merchandise, please follow the instructions of the  Return Form received in your original packaging. 

1. Complete a Return / Exchange Form which was included in your original  package. You can also download and print a Return and Exchange Form from  our website. 

2. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Please keep your  tracking number. CCOO will be responsible for shipping the return for exchange  item(s)

Special Note on Returns 

1. Most items come in a resealable bag. Please open the bag from that opening so the bag  can be returned undamaged with the product. 

2. Try on each item BEFORE you wear it on the field or court for a game. Please note, that  once the item has been WORN, it is no longer returnable or exchangeable. 3. Shoes are not returnable if worn. In addition, shoes are not returnable for any reason  after the original season for which they were purchased has passed. 

4. Hats must be returned in a box. We will not exchange, credit or refund any hat that is not  returned in a box or that has been worn. 

5. Slacks that have been hemmed or altered are NOT returnable or eligible for exchange. 6. Compression wear may not be return for refund or exchange 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your original shipping charges are  nonrefundable. Refunds are usually issued 1-2 days after the return package is received. Keep  your tracking number. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
